Jonathan Speh

Jonathan Speh is an experienced design leader currently serving as Head of Product Design at Polaris I/O since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Productive Edge from July 2019 to September 2024, including Associate Director of Experience Strategy and Design, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary design team drove enhancements for notable clients like Google and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Jonathan's background includes a co-founding role at Pixl, Chicago's first user-experience design agency, achieving recognition as one of the city's best design firms. Throughout a diverse career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, product and interaction design, leading projects across multiple industries while sustaining a human-centered design methodology. Jonathan's education includes graduate studies in Public Policy Analysis at the University of Chicago and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Chicago.
