Reed Tabor

Reed Tabor, MHA, is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in pharmacy services and clinical leadership. Currently serving as Director at Polaris Pharmacy Services, Reed previously instructed the CLM 300 course at the University of Kentucky and held key leadership roles at PharMerica, including Director of Transitional Care Management and Director of Strategic Accounts, where responsibilities included managing pharmacy services and fostering relationships with skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Administrator at Lexington Foot & Ankle Center and various internships focused on operations and health education at Kaiser Permanente and Baptist Health. Reed holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky.
