Joanne Boik

Joanne Boik is an experienced professional in the fields of philanthropy, business development, and management within the retirement and health sectors. As the Bequest Manager at PCYC NSW since April 2022, Joanne focuses on securing bequests to support the organization’s goals. Prior roles include Philanthropy Manager and various management positions at Arthritis NSW, where Joanne led efforts in major giving and donor relations. Joanne's experience also encompasses sales and marketing management for Cranbrook Care and operational management for HammondCare's retirement village. Additional roles have included consultancy at Investigation Systems Pty Ltd, management positions at The Salvation Army and Aevum Ltd, and regional oversight with RVA NSW & ACT.
