Claire McIlhoney

Claire McIlhoney is an experienced professional in human resources and sales, currently serving as People Experience Manager at Policy Expert since June 2019, where previous roles included People Experience Officer and Sales Team Manager. Prior to this, Claire worked as Sales and Service Manager at Sure Thing! Insurance from February 2014 to June 2019, and held a position at Ageas Group from 2008 to 2014. Claire has achieved CIPD qualifications, including a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice from ICS Learn, and is also certified in first aid by St Andrew’s First Aid.
