Jai Shroff currently serves in the MD's office at JSW Realty as part of the directors team focused on Business and Art projects since May 2024. Previously, Jai worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Asta Crs Inc from December 2022 to April 2024, specializing in data analysis and database maintenance. In addition, Jai had a role as Senior Business Analyst for Medicaid Management Information Systems at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services in mid-2023. Earlier experience includes working as an Automotive Journalist for Autocar India from June 2022 to November 2022, where Jai covered various motorsport events and conducted market research. Jai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in May 2023, and has prior education from H.R. College Of Commerce & Economics.
