Stuart Lau

Stuart Lau is an experienced journalist with a focus on international relations, particularly NATO and EU-China affairs. Currently serving as a correspondent for POLITICO Europe since January 2021, Stuart previously held the position of Europe Correspondent at the South China Morning Post from May 2019 to January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a journalist at BBC News from May 2018 to May 2019 and a resident fellowship at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism in early 2018. Stuart's career began at the South China Morning Post, where a tenure from February 2011 to December 2017 included various reporting assignments.
