Also gave an oral presentation in front of the industrial and scientific communities tointroduce our first generation of data fusion algorithms dedicated to nanoparticles analysis and useful for example for the pharmaceutical industry.The propose a full software infrastructure dedicated to the smart factory for yield enhancement and defect tracking. It also uses in the synergy of these 3 innovations accelerates advanced process control from R&D to production.
