Sol Klein

Sol Klein currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Polly, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Klein was the VP of Customer Success at SimpleNexus, an nCino Company, from June 2019 to October 2024, and held the title of Director of Implementation and Professional Services. Earlier experience includes working at Ellie Mae from March 2016 to June 2019 as Manager of Advisory Consulting and Senior Advisory Consultant. Klein has extensive expertise as an Encompass Administrator, focusing on user hierarchy, business rules, and interface testing, and was a key player in deploying TRID. Additionally, Klein owned ION Quality Systems from May 2005 to December 2017. Education was pursued at Griffin College during 1986-1987.
