Mike Moore

Mike Moore, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at POLYWOOD since March 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Private Diagnostic Clinic, PLLC | Duke Health, where responsibilities encompassed providing HR guidance to over 30 clinical managers regarding more than 2000 non-exempt staff and APPs. Mike also held roles at Duke University and Duke University Health System, where tasks involved accounting, patient services, and HR functions, including onboarding and compensation analysis.
