Ralph Voncken

Ralph Voncken is a seasoned finance executive with ample strategic and change management experience across a broad range of industries.

Mr. Voncken was a partner at Catalyst Advisors, a leading independent Corporate Finance boutique in the Netherlands. Prior to Catalyst Advisors, Mr. Voncken served as a Director at Rabo Securities, where he was responsible for the TMT and Industrials practices. Before joining Rabo Securities, he worked at Kempen & Co Corporate Finance, where he advised both listed and non-listed companies as well as the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Voncken began his career at strategic consultancy firm A.T. Kearney, where he was involved in many projects across Europe and the US and held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately as Engagement Manager.

Mr. Voncken obtained his Master’s degree from both Maastricht University and the graduate school of business of the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Supervisory Board of various privately held companies.
