Mateusz Rzeszowski

Mateusz Rzeszowski is the Head of Governance at Polygon Labs since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of a decentralized governance framework for Polygon’s community treasury, protocol, and smart contracts. Previously, Mateusz worked as a Governance Facilitator at Polygon and contributed to MakerDAO's Governance Core Unit. Prior experiences include roles as Developer Content Strategist at Decentology and Blockchain Ecosystem Researcher at Flow Blockchain, along with co-founding Practical Stoic, a prominent philosophy community on Discord. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Tübingen.
