Monir Hadji

Staff Engineer at Polygon

Monir Hadji is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in performance optimization and 3D graphics. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Polygon Labs since June 2024, Monir has previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at ToposWare from December 2019 to November 2024. Monir's background includes R&D work at OLM Digital, Inc., focusing on optimal transport theory for morphing 3D meshes and implementing Autodesk Maya plugins in C++. At CERN, Monir contributed to software performance for particle trajectory reconstruction and optimized C++ implementations to manage substantial data outputs from the LHCb detector. Monir's early experience also includes a research internship at LIRIS, where a fast mesh voxelizer was implemented for the "DGtal" C++ library. Monir holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Graphics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, earned between 2018 and 2019.
