Katja Hemedinger

Katja Hemedinger is an experienced professional in Corporate Learning and Development, currently serving as Leitung Corporate Learning & Development and Specialist Talent & Leadership Development at POLYTEC GROUP since June 2019. Additionally, Katja has been a Lektorin at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz in the Abteilung für Sozialpsychologie, Personalentwicklung und Erwachsenenbildung since October 2016. Prior to this, Katja held various leadership roles at BFI OÖ from January 2003 to June 2019, focusing on human resources, pedagogical quality development, and project management for national and international educational projects. Katja holds a Mag.rer.soc.oec. in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and certifications in adult education and stress prevention.
