Bushra Mir

Bushra Mir is currently co-leading a research team at ShelterTech, funded by the Pomona College Internship Program (PCIP). Mir has valuable experience as a UX researcher at Pomona College and has held roles such as head mentor for the International Student Mentorship Program and consumer insights intern at Kahana. Mir previously collaborated on significant research projects, including supporting a sociology dissertation focused on Ethiopian agricultural investment. Additionally, Mir contributed to various non-profit initiatives, including Turn the Bus and global educational networks. With a strong background in consultancy, writing, and editing, along with an ongoing education at Pomona College, Mir is committed to leveraging research and technology for social impact.
