Gerard Lapuente

Gerard Lapuente is a dedicated student at Pomona College pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science with a minor in Data Science and a pre-health track. Current roles include serving as a Quantitative Skills Center Partner, providing academic support in General Chemistry and Introduction to Psychological Science, and researching cell migration and regeneration in collaboration with a postgraduate student. Previous experience encompasses multiple internships, such as a Marketing and Development Intern at Raices Foundation Inc., and a Summer Intern at both The Education Fund - Miami and Easterseals South Florida, where skills in marketing, IT support, and community engagement were developed. In addition, Gerard has held positions as a Student Research Assistant focused on social psychology and as an HRL Office Assistant managing communications and office operations. Academic credentials span a high school diploma from Miami Northwestern Senior High School and an Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade College.
