Rob Azurdia

Rob Azurdia is an experienced finance lawyer currently serving as a Consultant at Peerpoint since June 2017. Previously, Rob held the position of Director in European Leveraged Finance and Transaction Management at Barclays Capital from February 2007 to August 2016, where responsibilities included executing leveraged loan and high yield bond deals. Prior roles include Associate positions at Latham & Watkins and Linklaters, focusing on leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and syndicated lending. Rob began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor after completing a BA in History at Durham University, where studies took place from 1993 to 1996, and previous education was obtained at Wellington College from 1987 to 1992.
