Michael Franklin

Michael Franklin has over two decades of experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Divisional Manager at POOLCORP since January 2015, after previously holding the title of Division Operations Manager for the Southwest Division. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Operations Manager at POOLCORP from July 2005 to December 2021, emphasizing solution-oriented approaches. As Vice President of Operations at Diamond Metal Refinishing Systems from March 1999 to June 2005, responsibilities included oversight of bids, materials, safety, and personnel management. Michael also gained experience as Operations Manager at Auto Trim Design of the Rockies, focusing on inventory control and customer relations. Education was completed at Pearl High School, graduating in 1988.
