Poppy’s Stuffed Bagels was born in 2015 to creators Grant Sarvis and Julia Greenberger as B-Holes Bakery and has since renamed to reflect the inspiration behind the product, Grant’s grandfather--Poppy himself.Poppy always had a warm smile to go with the warmth of his oven, and he loved spending time with Grant in the kitchen. It was Poppy whoplanted the seed that, after countless hours of development, blossomed into the premiere stuffed bagel experience in the world today.We began sharing our product at the Petworth Farmer’s Market in 2016, and have since expanded to markets and retail locations across Washington, D.C.
