Mel Mallinak

Mel Mallinak possesses extensive experience in business development, customer success, and strategic accounts management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Development, Executive Director of Customer Success, and Executive Director of Strategic Accounts at Populus Group since April 2013, Mel continues to drive organizational growth and client satisfaction. Previously, Mel owned Big League Dugout and held key roles in business development and implementation at Technology Staffing Solutions and Allegis Group Services, respectively. Mel began a career in recruitment and sales with Aerotek and has also contributed to the Hagerstown Suns Baseball Club. Mel's educational background includes studies at Oregon State University and Grants Pass.
