Brad Horton

Brad Horton is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving with Broward County Government since January 2018. Concurrently, since May 2013, Brad holds dual roles at Workscapes as Director of Training and Development and Director of Sales Operations & Development, contributing to a team recognized in the Herman Miller Certified Dealer Network. Previously, Brad was involved in new business development at Workplace Resource and worked as a Learning and Development Consultant in early 2010. Brad's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Haworth, where the role of Product & Sales Training Manager encompassed managing a team and redesigning training curricula to enhance market share. Educationally, Brad holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Michigan State University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
