Merrill Tritt

Merrill Tritt has extensive experience in the field of human resources information systems (HRIS) and PeopleSoft development. Currently serving as a Peoplesoft Developer and PeopleSoft ERP Module Lead - Payroll for Broward County Government since August 2020, Merrill previously worked as an IT Manager/Developer - Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing, Inc. from August 2019 to August 2020. Additional roles include Director and Sr. Manager of HRIS at Bluegreen Vacations from May 2015 to July 2019, and various leadership positions in PeopleSoft application development at Randstad Professionals from March 2000 to October 2014. Merrill began a career in human resources at Precision Response Corporation, holding positions such as Manager of Human Resources Administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Florida International University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
