Mijke Spiers

Mijke Spiers is a highly experienced team leader in construction management, currently overseeing a team of 20 construction managers at the Port of Rotterdam since October 2019. Prior to this role, Mijke held various project and process management positions at Rijkswaterstaat from July 2008 to October 2019, focusing on maintenance of national roads in Zuid-Holland, managing water construction projects, and implementing traffic flow improvement measures. Earlier experience includes account management with the Municipality of Rotterdam and consultancy at Eiffel, alongside a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Public Administration from Leiden University and various professional training programs.
