Rob de Charro

Rob de Charro is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in security, team coordination, and systems management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Security Officer at the Port of Rotterdam since May 2016, Rob de Charro focuses on auditing IT infrastructure suppliers to ensure robust security measures. Prior to this role, Rob de Charro coordinated the Security Operations Center at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate from March 2015 to April 2016, building effective teams for security operations. Rob de Charro's career also includes management of a Wintel and Mitel systems team and various technical roles specializing in Microsoft and Citrix technologies at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, starting in July 2003. Earlier experience includes positions at BT, where Rob de Charro worked as a Wintel specialist and helpdesk support. Rob de Charro holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics Teacher Education from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
