Rolf Offereins

Rolf Offereins currently serves as Contractmanager Energie at Portaal since January 2024. Previously, Rolf was a trainee at WoonFriesland, focusing on the initiation phase of a sustainability project for the main office and surrounding buildings in Grou from May 2023 to December 2023. Rolf's prior experience includes roles at Loopbaaninitiatief as a trainee from January 2022 to December 2023, and various trainee positions at Wierden en Borgen and Woonconcept. Rolf has also worked as a supportive staff member in real estate management at Woonstichting Triada and as an interim professional with Continu Professionals. Rolf's early career involved research internships and positions in internal logistics and corporate support. Rolf holds Master of Science degrees in Facility and Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hanze.
