Randall Ussery

Randall Ussery is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in early-stage ventures and innovation. Current roles include Managing Partner at Steigen Ventures, Co-Founder and Board Member at Nalu Bio, and Board Member at Porter Road. Ussery is an adjunct lecturer of entrepreneurship at Babson College, where coursework includes Traversing the Traction Gap and Lean Startup methodologies. Previous experience includes co-founding DignifiHealth, serving as Venture Partner at Wildcat Venture Partners, and participating in the Leadership Mobility Program at Herman Miller. Ussery holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA from James Madison University.
