Neha Gautam

Neha Gautam is an experienced professional in social work and grant administration, currently serving as a Grant Administrator, Sector Coordinator, and Portfolio Coordinator at Porticus since February 2021. Prior to this role, Neha worked as a Teaching Assistant at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, designing workshops for a diverse group of MA candidates and facilitating academic debates. Previous experience includes roles as a Medical Social Worker at the Institute of Mental Health and Singapore General Hospital, where Neha managed complex cases and collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams. In addition, Neha served as a Social Worker at South Central Community Family Service Center, advocating for clients and developing new programs. Neha holds a Master's degree in Development Studies and Social Policy from the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honors in Sociology from the National University of Singapore, and a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from the same institution.
