Jay Clark

Jay Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and political fundraising. Currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at the Portland Metro Chamber since November 2022, Jay has held various strategic roles including Strategic Advisor at Kanto Corporation and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Surgical Solutions. Previous experience includes positions such as Fundraising Manager at Polity Fundraising & Strategies, and Political Fundraising Consultant at Green Ink Holdings, LLC. Jay also led as President & Partner at Bell Hamilton, LLC and held the role of Vice President of Strategy at Sentinel Security. Early in the career, Jay was the Finance Director for Congresswoman Darlene Hooley. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Oregon.
