Laura Stemp

Laura Stemp has significant experience in retail management and public service roles, currently serving as an Assistant Parking Investigations Officer at Portsmouth City Council since March 2021. Prior to this, Laura Stemp worked at TOPSHOP TOPMAN for nearly a decade, progressing through various management positions, including Sales and Service Manager and Brand Manager, with a focus on team development, sales maximization, and operational excellence.
