Luis G Rivera

Luis G Rivera is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C., where responsibilities include managing the Puerto Rico office and supporting advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C. Prior to this role, Luis served as Secretary of State for the Government of Puerto Rico and held various leadership positions, including Principal at Caribbean Legal Advisors, LLC, Executive Director at the PR Tourism Company, and Secretary at the Department of Consumer Affairs. Luis further contributed to political processes as a Delegate for the GOP from 2009 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a degree in International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
