Michelle Axelrod

Michelle Axelrod has over two decades of legal experience, currently serving as Principal at Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C. since December 2010. In conjunction with this role, Michelle also held the position of Senior Vice President at Porzio Life Sciences, LLC from December 2010 until January 2024. Prior to these roles, Michelle was Assistant General Counsel at Sepracor Inc. from February 2004 to November 2010 and served as Senior Attorney and Senior Counsel at Gentiva Health Services from 1996 to 2003. Michelle earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School between 1993 and 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester from 1989 to 1993.
