Elza Ernelia

Elza Ernelia currently serves as a Risk Management Staff at PT Pos Logistik Indonesia since June 2022, bringing prior experience from a Human Capital Project role within the same company from February to April 2022. Elza gained valuable insights as a Human Resources Intern at Growth Central VC from November 2021 to January 2022 and contributed to the Assessment Center at PT LPP Agro Nusantara between July and October 2021. Elza holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Sumatera Utara, completed in 2021, and graduated from SMA Negeri 47 Jakarta in May 2017.
