Gonzalo Vega

Gonzalo Vega currently serves as the Coordinador y Estratega de Gestión Humana at Posadas, focusing on talent management, onboarding, internal communication, performance management, and HR indicators since July 2024. In parallel, Gonzalo is a docente at Universidad Católica del Uruguay, teaching workshops on effective presentations. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner and HR Analyst at Handy, where Gonzalo worked on improving business outcomes through human capital strategies. Gonzalo has also served as an auxiliar docente at Universidad Católica del Uruguay and has a diverse background in sales and telemarketing.
