Paula Costa

Paula Costa is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial and corporate law at Posadas since May 2018, providing advisory services to both national and international companies on various commercial matters, including the structuring and creation of companies, administration and reorganization, shareholder agreements, corporate conflict resolution, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting. Prior to this role, Paula served as a legal intern at The British Schools of Montevideo from January 2016 to February 2018 and also worked as a hockey coach. Paula holds a law degree from Universidad de Montevideo, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
