Kelly Neel

Kelly Neel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, sales, and merchandising. Currently a Mental Fitness PQ Coach at Positive Intelligence and the Founder of Koru & Co Coaching, Kelly focuses on helping individuals and brands embody their authentic selves. In previous roles, Kelly served as Head of Global Sales for Outdoor at LifeStraw, driving sales strategies across multiple regions, and held various key positions at REI, including Senior Merchandising Manager. Kelly's background also includes experience in financial and assortment planning at Sports Authority and a strong foundation in psychology, with an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
