Rob Whittaker

Rob Whittaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as Group Chairman at Vistage UK since July 2013, Rob chairs two CEO peer groups in the Thames Valley, focusing on enhancing leadership effectiveness. As the CEO of Real World Associates Ltd since May 2003, Rob specializes in sales improvement consultancy across various sectors. Additionally, Rob holds the role of Positive Intelligence PQ Coach, applying mental fitness techniques to support business leaders. Previous positions include Commercial Director at MAP Diagnostics and Interim Commercial Director at Onsight Limited, among others. Rob's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Monetary Economics from The London School of Economics and training as a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer.
