Dave Heutmaker

Dave Heutmaker is an accomplished engineering and maintenance professional with extensive experience in the food manufacturing and biotech industries. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance Reliability at Post Consumer Brands, Dave leads a multi-year maintenance strategy across nine plants, focusing on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and business results. Previous roles at Post Consumer Brands include Director of the Program Management Office, Program Manager, and Principal Project Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing project management, new product commercialization, and capacity improvements. Prior to this, Dave held engineering and management positions at ConAgra Foods, Land O'Lakes, Biothera, and Cargill, where achievements included capacity enhancement and process optimization. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
