Brandon McGinley

Brandon McGinley is an experienced editorial professional currently serving as the Editorial Page Editor and Associate Editor for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette since October 2021. Prior to this role, McGinley was a self-employed freelance writer from January 2020 to October 2021, and served as an Editor at EWTN Publishing, Inc. from November 2015 to January 2020. McGinley has also held positions such as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Pennsylvania Family Institute, Executive Director of Friends of Mike Turzai, and has experience in campaign support with the Pennsylvania House Republican Campaign Committee. Early career roles include research intern at the Witherspoon Institute and intern at Meakem Becker Venture Capital. McGinley holds an A.B. degree in Politics from Princeton University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
