This dynamic group manages everything from food preparation and cleanliness, overseen by Dishwashing Machine Operators and Line Cooks, to top-tier customer service led by Bartenders and Service Assistants. The team is guided and structured by Restaurant Managers, with continuous training and development facilitated by the New Restaurant Training Manager. Collectively, they uphold Postino's mission of creating enriching, memorable moments for guests.
