Monika Gunalan

Monika Gunalan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resource strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People for the Asia-Pacific region at Postman since November 2019, Monika also holds the position of Director, HR Business Partner. Prior to Postman, Monika worked at Freshworks from July 2013 to October 2019 as the Lead - HR Business Partner, where collaboration with the Go-To-Market leadership team was instrumental in driving HR strategies for business success. Monika's earlier roles include HR Executive at Exotel Techcom Pvt Ltd and Associate Consultant at CareerNet Consulting, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and understanding client business needs. Monika holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Global Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from PC Jabin Science College.
