Mathilde Mortensen

Mathilde Mortensen is currently a Student Assistant in Operations at PostNord Strålfors, a role held since September 2022. Previously, Mathilde worked as an Analyst at Human Capital Group, a leading executive search firm in Denmark, from January 2019 to September 2022. During this time, Mathilde contributed to executive search, executive assessment, strategic and leadership counseling, management audits, coaching of top management, and organizational development. Mathilde is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Denmark, expected to be completed in 2026, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Management from the same institution, completed in 2023.
