Mary Scannell

Mary Scannell is an experienced director with a strong background in leadership development and training, currently serving as Director and Regional Director at UCHealth since March 2019. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions at Banner Health from November 2011 to March 2019, including Director of Physician Leadership Development and Senior Director of Patient Experience, where responsibilities encompassed the development and delivery of leadership courses and overseeing patient experience initiatives across multiple states. With a diverse training and facilitation background, Mary has authored several publications on team dynamics and conflict resolution, while also providing corporate training at organizations such as McGraw-Hill Education, Measure-X, and VENTURE UP Team Building. Mary holds a Business degree with a focus on Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
