The Culinary Team at Poverello House is dedicated to preparing and serving nutritious meals to the hungry and homeless community of Fresno. Led by the Executive Chef and the Director of Culinary Services, this team operates a bustling kitchen that runs three meals a day, 365 days a year, ensuring that those in need receive not only sustenance but also a sense of dignity and care. Through collaboration and skill, team members create flavorful and wholesome dishes, supporting the organization's mission to nourish both the body and spirit.
