Marcella Neira

Marcella Neira, MSHR, currently serves as the HR Manager at Power Distributing LLC, beginning in December 2023. Prior to this role, Marcella held the position of Director, HRIS at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago from June 2022 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst at Loyola University Chicago from March 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed the development and maintenance of HR systems, payroll support, and system audits. Additional roles at Loyola Medicine included HR Coordinator for Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment, as well as Credentialing Coordinator. Marcella's career began as a Recruiter and Recruitment Assistant at Ingalls Memorial Hospital. Marcella holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Employee Relations, both from Loyola University Chicago.
