Franklin Roberts

Franklin Roberts, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Engineer II at Power Flame Incorporated since October 2022, Franklin previously held roles as a Quality Engineer at Shape Technologies Group and Project Engineer at AZZ | Enclosure Systems, where responsibilities included project documentation review and collaboration with manufacturing teams. Franklin also owned Flutterby Butterfly Farm and worked in various engineering and quality roles at ATK, The Picture People, Smith & Loveless Inc., Gunze Plastics, and Briggs & Stratton. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Project Management and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Walden University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
