Alan Sowell possesses extensive experience in project management and business development within the engineering and energy sectors. As Vice President of Project Management at POWER Engineers, Sowell has previously held leadership roles such as Project Manager Director and Director of T&D Business Development. Prior to this, Sowell served as Director of Business Development at TRC Companies, Inc., and as Regional Manager for Transmission & Distribution at Burns & McDonnell. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Efficiency & Demand Services at Progress Energy and Marketing Director at Utility Consultants, Inc. Alan Sowell holds an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
