Dr. Perl is the Director of Complex Cardiac Interventions and Chief Innovation Officer of the Rabin Medical Center Israel. As a graduate of the Stanford Biodesign Program, he played a vital role in many healthcare innovation projects which positively impacted the healthcare system and advanced medicine.
