Carla Carroll

Carla Carroll is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Central Services and Program Manager at Powerhouse since August 2021, Carla's previous roles include Senior HR Generalist at Amphenol from May 2016 to August 2021, focusing on talent acquisition and supporting management in staffing and succession planning. Prior to that, Carla held the position of Human Resources Director at Gemini Electric Inc., overseeing recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Building Services at The Home Depot and Manager of National Accounts at Retail Service Solutions, along with a solid foundation in property management and construction from earlier years at Home Depot.
