Fernando Liu

Fernando Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and investment sectors. As Co-Founder and Board Member of Wuxi Songci Electromechanical since March 2018, and Founder and CEO of ATSC Solartech since February 2023, Liu leads innovative advancements in solar energy technology. Liu has held prominent roles such as Board Member and Shareholder at Powernice Intelligent Technology, and previously served as CEO of X World Games, President of Asia Region at GameChange Solar, and Board Director at Abacus Renewables. Past positions also include Chief Financial Planning and Analysis Officer at ReneSola Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer at CleanTech Solutions International. Liu's career began as China Region President at Barron Partners, where significant portfolio growth was achieved, and prior to that, worked as an Investment Analyst at Eos Funds. Liu holds a degree from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2004.
