Jess Gartner

Jess Gartner is an experienced education leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as Group Vice President for Allovue + ERP at PowerSchool since January 2024, following the acquisition of Allovue, a company founded by Gartner in February 2013. Under Gartner's leadership, Allovue developed a software platform that integrates with school districts' existing accounting and data systems to assist educators in budgeting and managing school expenditures. Prior to these roles, Gartner held positions as Education Director at Betamore, Marketing & Communications at ABS Capital Partners, and taught 7th Grade Language Arts and Social Studies at Baltimore City Public Schools. Gartner holds a B.A. in Political Science, Education, and Theatre from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
