Operations and Division Management

The Operations and Division Management team at Powertech is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, and strategic direction of the company's various divisions. This includes coordinating activities across the Dongguan and Vietnam factories, managing product research and development (R&D) for power protectors and IOE products, evaluating product performance, and implementing marketing and sales strategies. The team ensures that financial operations align with overall company goals and facilitates seamless communication between different divisions to optimize production and distribution for markets primarily in the United States and Australia.
